How to Join
Add the "15sec._HANASU_Contest2011" tag and lock it after the video posting.

!Added: Confirmed cases have been misleading in the time display of thumbnails and video player of thumbnails
If 00:15 is displayed as thumbnails either player, the video is assumed to have eligibility
Conversely, if both are not listed as 00:15, and no video is eligible to participate

Screening method
The total number of judges(10 points alone, 50 points total of five)：views + comments + my list =5：5
Judges will evaluate the person out of 10
One out of 10, 50 point scale for the entire jury
50 points and the other half at 24:00 best views,
best comments, best my list video of 21 days, give the points in the order of views < comments < my list
Score was 50 points and the full score and the number of playback,
take second place after pulling the perfect score of 50 points as the difference between
50÷number of participants videos＝α×first video
To determine the final ranking score by adding the number of judges issued in this way
